The Company strengthens the resource integration ability of the general design contractor,builds V20 innovative industry alliance,integrates resources in the linkage industry,comprehensively applies BIM technology, improves the professional strength of the whole design, creates a new model of existing building transformation, and optimizes the service ability of the whole industry.
2015
All staffs moved into the new office building to enjoy the superior office environment. In the same time, the company set several branches in Anhui, Shanghai, and Hunan. The annual design area in Victory Star was more than 10 million square meters. It set five major product departments of public buildings, cultural and social living, medical retirement, urban boutique and city industry. Three professional departments of structure, equipment and electrical, and urban design center, BIM center, green building center and other innovation departments. It has become the most influentially and innovatively large-scale private construction design institution in China.
2012
Comprehensively reformed the organization structure of the company, completely changed the fixed organization mode of traditional design institution, entered the era of scientific management, beside, the company founded BIM center and green building center. Then it was awarded as Beijing Design Innovation Center due to outstanding innovation ability.

The whole company fully used AutoCAD and abandoned manual drawing, then, it became to one of the Modern Intelligent Architectural Design Institute.

The Company manly focuses on residential architecture design, and began a transition from industrial building design to residential architecture design.
1979
Beijing Textile Industrial Engineering Institute was established. The core business of this institute is industrial building design.
